hey, i added u as frnd - hope its ok p.s. i read ur post on rock n roll therapy you shouldnt let n-e-thng hold u back and try 2 stay positive and appreciate th thngs u do have cos u nvr know wat u,ve got til its gone i realised tht wen my grandad died he was on oxygen tanks n had hrt complications afterwards i was depressed and i thnk i still am but thngs will get better - i promise
